Exercise is done to develop and protect the values necessary for a person to be healthy, to reach their true potential with the right intensity practices. That's why I would describe myself as an exercise consultant, not a trainer.

It prepares tailor-made programs to learn how to dance to the extent that you feel comfortable in social environments, if you are already dancing, to strengthen your technique by protecting and supporting your body, and to dance by protecting your cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system against the side effects of dance.
Joseph Pilates' classical method was designed as a rehabilitation-focused method in the early period (World War I) and a much more athletic method in the later period (in his studio in New York City Ballet). Today's participant needs practices that will make his life much easier, he uses the pilates method by creating big changes with modern, small equipment prepared with this vision.
Uses Pilates equipment by adapting it to modern day conditions. It responds to the needs of the participants to improve their physical capacity by making use of the variety of exercise equipment developed by Joseph Pilates.
By functionality, we mean planning exercise for purposes that suit one's daily life goals. These purposes are beyond specific; It is to develop basic movements that are important for every human being, skills such as crouching, getting up, stepping, pushing, pulling and twisting. To ensure this; uses gravity and equipment that can always be found in nature.

From the first time I saw and studied these types of lessons, I wanted to write a lesson that was inspired by my own past with the songs I love, and that's what happened.
